Slovenian midfielder Luka Majcen is set to leave Indian Super League outfit Punjab FC after spending almost three years with the club.
He had joined the Shers back in September 2022 after a brief stint with Gokulam Kerala. Majcen was also part of the Punjab FC squad which became the first side to earn promotion to the ISL, which it did after winning the 2022-23 I-League.
That season, he emerged as the Golden Boot winner and the Player of the Tournament after bagging 16 goals and three assists in 20 appearances.
In ISL, Majcen had 23 goal contributions across two seasons.
