Argos shoppers snapping up cheap Steam Deck rival that’s perfect for Game Pass

Argos customers can pick up a real bargain as part of the latest Big Red event, which runs throughout May.

As part of the Big Red event, Argos shoppers can grab the Logitech G Cloud Gaming Handheld Console for the reduced price of just £259.99. That’s a saving of £40.

The item is proving incredibly popular with fans, with Argos confirming that hundreds of customers have added it to their baskets in the past 24-hours.

Needless to say, you’ll only be able to purchase while stocks last, which may not be for long based on its popularity.

Just click the link below to pick up your Logitech G Cloud Gaming Handheld Console for the lower price.

The handheld console is something of a Steam Deck and Nintendo Switch rival, although it’s much more suited to services like Xbox Game Pass and NVIDIA GeForce NOW.

“Logitech G CLOUD gaming handheld puts next-games right in your hand by putting the processing power and bookshelf of games in the cloud,” reads the official description.

“This frees you to play in a ridiculous amount of locations around your home. You’ll have access to a ridiculous amount of games through Xbox Cloud Gaming and NVIDIA GeForce NOW.

“You can even download apps from the Google Play Store for remote play, social media and more.

The Logitech handheld comes with upwards of 12 hours of battery life, and is said to be “incredibly light”.

It supports 1080p visuals at 60 frames-per-second, and also comes with the ability to play remotely via the Xbox Remote Play app and Steam Link app.

As an added bonus, the Logitech G Cloud Gaming Handheld comes with three months of Xbox Game Pass.

And there’s arguably been no better time to be a Game Pass subscriber, because Microsoft has been on a roll as of late.

Recent Xbox Game Pass releases include Doom: The Dark Ages, Expedition 33, Blue Prince and Elder Scrolls IV Oblivion Remastered.

Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion Remastered features new and improved visuals, as well as countless quality of life improvements.

Bethesda explains more: “The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion Remastered modernises the 2006 Game of the Year with all new stunning visuals and refined gameplay.

“Explore the vast landscape of Cyrodiil like never before and stop the forces of Oblivion from overtaking the land in one of the greatest RPGs ever from the award-winning Bethesda Game Studios.”

The new and improved visuals are available courtesy of Unreal Engine 5, which introduces detailed character models and improved lip synching, as well as real-time lighting and other enhancements.
