Palworld fans are counting down to the release of the next major update on PC, PS5 and Xbox.
A special treat ahead of Christmas, Palworld’s brand new Feybreak update has a December 23 release date on all platforms.
Based on past updates, the Palworld Feybreak update should be available to download and install at around 5am GMT UK time.
The update will add a a ton of new content, including another brand new island for players to explore.
Described as the game’s biggest island yet, it’s also the most dangerous, featuring a harsh climate and lots of new species to battle.
It’s far bigger than Sakurajima, roughly six times the size. Needless to say, players will be able to explore the island using new items and weapons.
Palworld developer PocketPair explains more: “The new mysterious island is the largest and harshest in Palworld’s history.
“The island is about six times the size of Sakurajima, which was added in the last major update! A powerful faction leader and many vicious new species of Pals lurk here.”
According to the early patch notes, the update also adds new Pals, as well as new Weapons, new Buildings, new gameplay mechanics and more.
Daily Express will be back with the full list of patch notes when they’re announced by PocketPair.
The new island and some of the new gameplay features can be seen in the trailer above.
To celebrate the release of the new update, PocketPair has given the game a limited time price cut.
Fans can save 25% on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S and PC via Steam.
For a limited time only, Palworld is available for just £18.74. Further discounts can be found on Steam, where customers can purchase a version with the soundtrack included.
