The Rolling Stones dash fan hopes with devastating bombshell

Last week, rumours were rife that the Rolling Stones were set to return to perform in the UK for the first time in three years.

Mick Jagger, Keith Richards and Ronnie Wood were set for four shows at London’s Tottenham Hotspur Stadium this summer.

However, the latest news is devastating for UK fans, as the band has reportedly cancelled their multimillion-pound plans.

The Rolling Stones were set for a huge European tour, but venue issues and previous commitments have meant the rockers now won’t be performing concerts this summer after all.

Nevertheless, there is some hopeful news for fans to hang onto.

According to The Times, the Rolling Stones still hope to tour the UK and elsewhere in 2026. Formed in 1962, Mick and Keith are now in their early eighties, and Ronnie is fast approaching his 80th, too. No doubt the rock legends want to keep performing as well as they can for as long as possible, so fingers crossed for next year.
