Darwin Nunez
The obvious choice would be Darwin Nunez, who has been heavily linked with a move away from Anfield this summer. Napoli had been considered the most likely destination but they are no longer thought to be chasing the Uruguayan.
According to Fabrizio Romano, the Italian giants have informed Liverpool that Nunez has been removed from their shortlist because they are signing Udinese striker Lorenzo Lucca instead.
The forward is still expected to leave Liverpool, though, with a number of clubs in Saudi Arabia thought to be keen. He has also been tentatively linked with Atletico Madrid and it remains to be seen if that move will present itself in the near future.
Harvey Elliott
Liverpool could also lose Harvey Elliott, with the young playmaker said to be admired by several Premier League teams. The likes of Fulham and Newcastle were linked earlier in the window but West Ham have reportedly emerged as the main contenders.
They are seeking a replacement for Mohammed Kudus and could reportedly be about to firm up their interest in Elliott. Any move would not come cheap, though, with Liverpool seeking a hefty transfer fee in exchange for his signature.
The Reds will reportedly demand around £40m with a buy-back clause included in the deal, or at least £50m without one.

Tyler Morton
West Ham have also been credited with a desire to land Tyler Morton in a potential double deal. The midfielder was involved for England under-21s alongside Elliott as they secured continental glory at the Euros last month.
Morton previously spent time on loan in the Championship, developing his game at Blackburn Rovers and Hull City. However, he has found it hard to break into the Liverpool side and a clean break could be the best solution for all parties.
Liverpool will be hoping to earn a decent fee for the 22-year-old given his strong displays for the Young Lions. They could also include a buy-back clause in any deal that sees him move to West Ham.
Kostas Tsimikas
Kostas Tsimikas is among the most likely Liverpool players to depart in advance of the new campaign. He has been bumped down the pecking order following the arrival of Milos Kerkez and will have to deal with reduced minutes if he stays at Anfield.
The defender still has many good years ahead of him and could benefit from going somewhere else to become a regular starter. However, he recently suggested that he would be happy to continue in a back-up role at Liverpool.
Speaking to Greek outlet Sport 24, he said: “It’s definitely a temptation to play more, but for me, the 27 to 29 games I play every year in all competitions are more than playing 40 for another team and in another league.”
Federico Chiesa
Liverpool took a low-risk gamble by signing Federico Chiesa last summer, but the move has not exactly paid off. He only made 14 appearances in all competitions last season and failed to score a single Premier League goal.
A return to his native Italy would appear to be the most likely solution, with Liverpool able to make a profit on the £12.5m they paid to land him from Juventus.
However, it has been claimed by The Athletic that Chiesa could be kept on to provide cover in the middle. He played there against Preston, sandwiched between Rio Ngumoha on the left and Mohamed Salah on the right.
