Emma Hayes won the Best FIFA Women’s Coach award at the Aspire Academy in Doha, Qatar on Tuesday.
This was her second time winning the award after she’d won in 2021 when she was the head coach of Chelsea.
“It’s been a truly remarkable 2024, winning the Women’s Super League title once again and the Olympic gold medal with the USA,” she said after receiving the award.
The British tactician led the United States women’s national team to the Paris Olympics gold this year after beating Brazil in the summit clash. But before she joined the USA side, she led the Blues to the Women’s Super League title for a fifth consecutive time.
With the London-based outfit, Hayes won the league title seven times, apart from winning the Women’s FA Cup five times.
