LAOS FC to represent the Philippines in Norway Cup

The Leyte Association of Organized Sports (LAOS) FC will represent the Philippines in the 2024 Norway Cup in Oslo.

The Norway Cup is an international youth football tournament and for this year, more than 2000 teams will compete in the event.

The Philippine Embassy in Norway welcomed the team led by LAOS FC President Harvey German and Technical Director Jaypee Merida upon their arrival.

Led by H.E. Ambassador Enrico Fos, the Philippine Embassy assured the team of its support.

The 56-member LAOS delegation includes 20 girls in the U16 team and 18 boys each for the U16 and U19 teams. 

LAOS FC also thanked the embassy in Oslo for their support.

The Norway Cup will run from July 27 to August 3.
