Man Utd agree Delap deal, Chelsea eye £131m trio, Garnacho to Arsenal

Ruben Amorim does not believe that Manchester United can go for broke in the summer transfer window.

PSR continues to keep the spending of Premier League clubs on a tight leash, even for sides like United, whose squad needs major surgery.

Amorim is keen to run a tighter ship next season, and does not mind offloading a number of players to work with a smaller group.

“We are not allowed to do much in this summer, even with Champions League, so we are prepared for that,” he said.

“Without Champions League, we don’t need a big squad, we can control the squad in a better way. Then we have a plan that is to bring some new players, of course.”
