Przemysław Frankowski has become a new player of Galatasaray SK.
It was a long and exhausting day for Przemysław Frankowski. Finally, at midnight local time, Galatasaray confirmed the transfer of the Polish international, who passed medical tests.
In fact, it was a loan with an option to buy. The Pole joined the 24-time Turkish champions for one million euros. If Galata decides to buy him, they will transfer another 7 million euros to RC Lens’ account.
Under the signed contract, Frankowski will earn EUR 900,000 net until the end of the current season.
If the Turks decide on a permanent transfer, Frankowski’s contract will run until June 30, 2028. For each of the three seasons, Frankowski will earn 1.7 million euros.
Frankowski is leaving RC Lens, where he has played since August 2021. He has played a total of 141 games for the team.
Although the transfer window in France is now closed, Turkish Football clubs can make purchases until February 11 (11:59 p.m.) and Galatasaray took advantage of this privilege.
