PSG crush Inter Milan 5-0 to lift maiden Champions League crown

Paris Saint-Germain overwhelmed Inter Milan 5-0 in a dominant Champions League final on Saturday night at Allianz Arena, sealing the club’s first-ever European crown and completing a memorable treble season.

After years of heartbreak, PSG finally ascended to European football’s summit and did it in style.

Achraf Hakimi lit the fuse early, rifling in the opener to tilt the momentum Paris’ way.

Teenage sensation Desiree Doue then stole the spotlight, striking twice – including a thunderous finish that left Inter’s backline stunned – before celebrating the third with arms aloft, drenched in Munich rain and history.

The final exclamation came minutes later, as PSG put the match beyond doubt with a fourth goal, before Senny Mayulu’s fifth, closing a chapter on decades of Champions League frustration and opening a new era for French football.

With Ligue 1 and Coupe de France titles already in the bag, the win completed a flawless campaign and delivered the European glory that had eluded the club since its Qatari ownership began pumping billions into its ambitions over a decade ago.
