The second Grand Slam of the year is upon us as the French Open gets underway today.
Novak Djokovic and Iga Swiatek arrive at Roland Garros as defending champions, and it is the men’s side of the draw where there appears to be more players with realistic hopes of Grand Slam glory.
Carlos Alcaraz and Jannik Sinner have had injury issues in recent weeks and Djokovic has questions to answer over his form, giving the likes of Alexander Zverev and Casper Ruud hope of making a deep run.
