ITF: Aryan Shah beats Kriish Tyagi in semifinals
Aryan Shah beat qualifier Kriish Tyagi 6-2, 6-0 in the semifinals of the $30,000 ITF men’s tennis tournament at the Altevol Academy on Saturday.
In the final, Aryan will challenge the top seed Jay Clarke of Britain who will be looking for a hat-trick of titles.
Clarke beat Karan Singh in straight sets.
In the doubles final, Adil Kalyanpur in partnership with Kody Pearson of Australia survived three match points to win 6-3, 4-6, [16-14] against Nick Chappell and Grigoriy Lomakin. The Indo-Aussie pair converted its fifth match point for a memorable triumph.
It was the fifth doubles title in the professional circuit for Adil, and the first of the season.

AITA: Myra Shaikh wins double crown in U-12 national series
Myra Shaikh won a double crown in the AITA National series under-12 tennis championship at the Harvest Academy, Jassowal.
Myra beat Asees Brar 6-2, 6-0 for the girls singles title. She partnered Anisha Cornelio for the doubles title, blanking Asees Brar and Meera Chaudhary in the final.
It was a double crown for Thanush Shekar in the boys section, as he beat Arjun Dua in the singles final, and partnered Arjun for the doubles title.

Under-12 boys (final): Thanush Shekar bt Arjun Dua 6-4, 6-2; Semifinals: Thanush bt Riaan Nandankar 6-3, 6-3; Arjun bt Atharv Chaudhary 7-6(0), 6-0.

Challenger: Chandrasekar-Hernandez pair wins doubles final
Anirudh Chandrasekar in partnership with David Hernandez of Spain beat the top seeds Gregoire Jacq of France and Orlando Luz of Brazil 6-4, 6-4 in the doubles final of the €145,250 Challenger tennis tournament in Girona, Spain, on Saturday.
While it was the 12th career doubles title and second of the season for the 26-year-old Anirudh, who had won the Bengaluru Challenger earlier in the season, it was the 43rd doubles title for David Hernandez.
The champion team collected 100 ATP points and €7,220. The runner-up won 60 points and €4,180.
