The world number five arrived at the tournament having never won a match at Roland Garros before, but he has impressed on his route to the second week in Paris.
After battling through an epic night match with home favourite Gael Monfils, Draper swept aside teenage star Joao Fonseca in the third round.
Should Draper beat Bublik, he could face world number Jannik Sinner in what would be a blockbuster quarter-final showdown.
Bublik, who is attempting to reach a first ever Grand Slam quarter-final, was full of praise for Draper when looking ahead to this match.
“Jack for me is insane. I mean, last year the guy is 40 in the world. This year he is top five in the world,” Bublik said.
“That’s a crazy achievement. He doesn’t seem to stop, so I mean, what do I have to do to beat him? I don’t know.
“I will just go there, enjoy the time, show what I’m capable of showing, and we all know what I’m capable of doing on court and then we see how it goes.”
