Emma Raducanu has emerged as one of the favourites for the Wimbledon title as she prepares to face Lulu Sun in the fourth round this afternoon.
With Aryna Sabalenka pulling out with injury ahead of the action getting underway at SW19, and world number Iga Swiatek and two-time finalist Ons Jabeur both losing on Saturday, hopes of another unlikely Grand Slam triumph for Raducanu have grown.
She now faces New Zealand qualifier Lulu Sun, who has won six matches to get to this stage. The 23-year-old beat eighth seed Qinwen Zheng in the opening round.
Emma Raducanu vs Lulu Sun start time
Raducanu vs Sun is the second match scheduled for Centre Court on Sunday, between defending men’s champion Carlos Alcaraz’s clash with Ugo Humbert and second seed Coco Gauff facing Emma Navarro.
The start time will be determined by Alcaraz’s match, which will get underway at around 1:30pm BST. It is expected that Raducanu and Sun will take to the court at around 4:30pm BST.

TV channel: In the UK, the BBC once again has exclusive free-to-air broadcast rights for Wimbledon this year.
On Sunday, coverage begins at 11am BST on BBC Two and continues on that channel right through until 9pm. The ‘Today at Wimbledon’ highlights begin at 10:45pm.
BBC One will also have concurrent live coverage from Wimbledon between 12:30pm-6:10pm and again from 6:30pm.
